Taking into account not only the context of Christo and Jean Claude’s infamous Wrapped Reichstag in 1995, Christofilogiannis’s work implies that the border between military expansionism and political decision-making has become ever more intensified in the post-cold war era.

Larceny is a crime involving the unlawful taking of the personal property. Traditionally, a thief must not only gain dominion over the property, but also must move it from its original position. The slightest movement, a hair’s breadth, is sufficient. The property taken must be “of another”. Thus wild animals cannot be stolen.
